Easy Fold Box Maker Tool - Fixed Base Models     The Fixed Base models are sized for use with specific sized mailer and bin style boxes The length and width of the box must match the tool dimensions The tool is designed to allow for the box to be folded in the proper sequence This tool is specifically designed for boxes that fold from the bottom only The Easy Fold accomodates boxes that include dust flaps    Operational Instructions Place the Easy Fold Box Maker Tool on a flat surface with the label facing you*. Then, place box on top of tool and pull down on the end flaps until box makes contact on side rail uprights. * This will assure that the chamfered uprights will be toward the lid allowing for proper setup of boxes with dust flaps. Using fingers, push box down into the tool. The sides and flaps will fold upwards in the proper sequence.   Fold the end flaps inward, securing the locking tabs. The box is now assembled and may be removed for packaging, or as long as the box lid does not have dust flaps, your product may be placed in the box while it is still in the tool, then the box lid closed and box removed for shipping.
